Why This Site Exists
No single Las Vegas office keeps every people record. The Clark County Recorder indexes recorded instruments, the courts publish separate party searches, and the Assessor connects parcels with owners. Clark County Elections administers local voter data under Nevada law. Birth and death service is split between Southern Nevada Health District and the state office. Licensing boards, SilverFlume, and genealogy collections add more routes. We organize those tools, contacts, and access limits in one reference point.
