Information You Submit
Text entered in a search form, such as a name, phone number, or address, goes to the third-party provider that supplies the result. We do not save a separate server copy of those searches. A direct message contains only what the sender chooses to provide and is used to answer that message.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, page request, and time. Aggregate patterns help maintain the site and show which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where those functions apply.
What We Do With This Data
This limited data supports site operation, error diagnosis, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to government portals, Clark County and Nevada offices, library collections, and third-party tools. Information submitted after following a link is controlled by that destination's policy. The same applies to sponsored search results supplied by an outside company.
Who Might See Your Data
Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Nevada Privacy Choices
Nevada NRS 603A.300 through 603A.360 provides verified opt-out rights concerning the sale of covered information by qualifying online operators and data brokers. Depending on residence, other access, correction, or deletion rights may also apply. Because this site retains little, a request usually involves contact messages or server logs. Use the Contact page for such a request. Government records held by Las Vegas, Clark County, or Nevada remain outside our control and must be addressed with the custodian. Nevada's opt-out law does not erase an authentic public record.
Policy Updates
A revised policy will be posted here. Continued site use after the revision takes effect indicates acceptance of the new terms.
